At Lily Hush, we stand behind all of the products we sell and we want all of our customers to be confident ordering from us. Please review the following information to see if your product is eligible for return.
All sex toys and sexual aids cannot be returned unless they are dead-on-arrival or deemed failed to function within an acceptable time period. All defective items must be returned within 14 days of date of purchase for a credit, exchange, or replacement. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept non-defective exchanges or returns on items that have already been shipped as we are unable to verify the integrity of the package.
Lingerie, Lubricants, and Condoms
For health and hygiene reasons, all lingerie, lubricants, and condoms cannot be returned regardless of whether they have been opened. So please choose carefully.
Depending on brand, certain products are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty for up to 10 years, subject to the manufacturer’s discretion. You will also need to have registered your item at the manufacturer’s website in order to make a claim. Please refer to the warranty statement that is accompanied with your product and consult the manufacturer for more details. You will need to retain a copy of your receipt for verification purposes. Receipts, where available, will only be provided to customers who have purchased from Lily Hush. We are unable to provide receipts for purchases made elsewhere.
If would like to return a product, please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) so that we will be able to assess the situation and get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps. Once your RMA has been approved, please mail your items back to the address supplied. Items without an RMA will not be accepted and no credit, exchange or replacements shall be granted. Please be aware that we cannot accept return merchandise that arrives incomplete. All returns must come with their original packaging, complete with chargers manuals, and other accessories where applicable.
For orders, delivery charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return. We recommend that you use a registered mail service with tracking to mail your items back to us because we will not be responsible for items lost in the mail. We will send you a replacement back to you free of charge. For international customers we do ask that you pay for returns shipping. We will send you a replacement back to you free of charge.
Please note that only products bought at Lilyhush.com can be returned to LilyHush. If you are dissatisfied with an item from another store, please contact the retailer from whom you have purchased it from. Lily Hush will neither be liable nor responsible for items purchased elsewhere.
If you decide to change your mind after placing an order, please inform us as soon as possible. We are unable to accomodate to such arrangements once orders that have been processed and sent for delivery.
